It’s been over a year since we lost Nate Lindstrom, a childhood survivor of clergy sexual abuse, to suicide. Last month, we launched a new anti-clergy abuse initiative called Nate’s Mission with a goal of ending clergy abuse and bringing justice and healing to survivors, their families, and the church.

On Saturday, April 10th, Nate’s Mission will host a town hall conversation with survivors and advocates to discuss a just and effective response to the issue of clergy abuse in Wisconsin. The town hall will be followed by a reception to celebrate Nate Lindstrom’s birthday (April 7th) and raise money for Nate‘s Mission as the group begins its work advocating for an end to abuse in faith-based communities in Wisconsin.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, event attendance will be limited, and tickets are required. Tickets can be reserved with a $25 donation to Nate’s Mission.

If you cannot attend the event in person, please use the form below to sign up for our live stream.

Want to sponsor the event?

Nate’s Mission is seeking sponsors for our event. All donations will be used to support our work ending clergy abuse in Wisconsin and empowering survivors by connecting them to healing services and fighting for justice and accountability in the church.

We are accepting monetary donations as well as gift certificates or items to used for a silent auction. If you are interested in contributing, please fill out the form below. Contact Sarah Pearson at sarah@natesmission.org with any questions.
